It appears to have just been a blank message.
 
twr-list-bounce is an address that is set as the originator for list
mailings.  If your email address dies, your old host will complain back to
the 'sender' (twr-list-bounce).  Twr-list-bounce is a handler that will
automagically unsubscribe you if your returns as dead for an extended
period.  Neato!
